Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Just message us in advance!
Booking is easy! Simply click "Check Availability" on any property, fill out the form with your dates, and we'll confirm availability within a few hours. We require a 30% deposit via PayPal to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on arrival or 7 days before check-in. Our cancellation policy is flexible – cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund of your deposit.
Yes! We can arrange airport pickup from Tangier Ibn Battouta Airport (TNG) or from the TGV train station. Just let us know your arrival details and we'll coordinate everything for you at a reasonable rate.
All our properties include: high-speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, smart TV with streaming, fresh linens & towels, toiletries, and 24/7 support. Some properties also offer free parking and balconies.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our properties due to building regulations and to ensure all guests with allergies have a comfortable stay. Thank you for understanding.
